The evaluation tools connect closely to the EFFeCT project's approach. There are three tables in the handouts (one for observers, one for CTL designers and facilitators and one for the participants),each reflects the key determinants and favourable factors of CTL according to the EFFeCT partnership, however, all can be adapted in a different or new context.
